was up and out with the dog at 5.30 this morning.just got back it was freezing

i dont sleep.been going to the dr for sleeping pills but i still only sleep a few hrs a day.most of the time i am awake for 2 day and nights before i get any sleep tried every thing thats why i am in the garage 6am most days
